Q: What are the days of operation for your centers?
A: Corporate office is open 9:00am – 5:00pm. Services have converted to telehealth model in light of pandemic. Return to center is contingent upon Department of Health mandates.
Q: Will my child receive individualized attention?
A: Yes, our programs are customized to compliment the individual child’s development level.
Q: My child has special dietary requirements. Will PPMD be able to accommodate them?
A: Yes, our nutritionist & chef will design special menus to meet the nutritional requirements of the medically challenged children in our care.
Q: Does PPMD provide transportation?
A: Yes, during operating hours. (Currently closed, due to pandemic)
Q: Who gives PPMD referrals?
A: We receive referrals from:
Department of Children Protection and Permanency (DCPP); Hospitals, Social workers; Physicians; discharge planners; nurse practitioners; early intervention & medical case managers; pediatric specialist’s; home health care agencies; families of our enrolled children.
